1. Introduction
These Sports Betting Rules govern all wagers placed with 777pkr on sporting events via the Operator’s platform. They form part of the applicable Terms and Conditions and apply to both pre‑match and in‑play markets. In the event of any inconsistency with the General Terms, these Rules shall prevail only to the extent related to betting actions and settlement.
2. Definitions and Scope
In these Rules:
- \"Operator\" means 777pkr, the licensed wagering provider.
- \"Customer\" means a registered account holder who places bets.
- \"Event\" means a defined sport competition or fixture offered for betting.
- \"Market\" means a specific bet or proposition within an Event.
- \"Stake\" means the amount wagered on a Market.
- \"Decimal odds\" means the numeric representation used for settlement.
These Rules apply to all Sports Betting products and services offered by the Operator where a bet is placed, including in‑play markets and special bet types such as Bet Builder where available.
3. Bets and Acceptances
-
Acceptance and validity. A bet becomes valid only when accepted by the Operator’s servers and recorded with a unique transaction identifier. Bets issued without a valid transaction record are not binding.
-
Minimum and maximum stakes. The minimum stake is 1 unit of the customer’s account currency. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market and regulatory jurisdiction and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
-
Market data and abbreviations. Markets display standard abbreviations such as 1 (home/first), 2 (away/second), X (draw), 1X, 2X, and 12. All settlement follows decimal odds unless otherwise stated.
-
Operator rights. The Operator may refuse any bet, void or cancel bets, or adjust prices or stakes at sole discretion, including when there is insufficient funds or suspected improper conduct, or when an event outcome is deemed compromised.
-
Cancellation and changes after placement. Bets cannot be canceled or altered after the confirmation stage; Cash Out may be used where available but does not alter the final settlement of the underlying Market.
-
Parlays and multi‑bets. Bets that combine independent markets are not guaranteed to be valid if a component Market is void. When valid, multi‑bets settle on all surviving selections; if a selection is void, the remaining selections may be adjusted in accordance with the Bet Builder rules or treated as a reduced accumulator, as applicable.
-
Timing of bets. Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. Bets offered on a non‑live Market after start time will be treated as invalid unless the Market is expressly designated as in‑play.
-
Non‑participants and injuries. If a participant withdraws or a market is affected by a late injury, bets may be voided or adjusted in accordance with the specific Market rules.
-
Corrections and errors. The Operator will void bets where there are obvious pricing or technical errors. Settlement is final once official results are confirmed unless a later re‑settlement is invoked under the Rules.
-
Live data responsibility. Customers are responsible for verifying key event details and any changes prior to placing bets; the Operator makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but bears no liability for data delays or inaccuracies.
4. Bet Settlement and Timeframes
All results are settled against official sources where available. In the absence of official data, the Operator may rely on independent evidence or internal statistics. Settlement may occur shortly after an Event concludes, or, as a courtesy to customers, may occur before official confirmation. The Operator reserves the right to adjust settled markets if the official result differs from the initial settlement or if the Event is voided.
5. Re‑Settlement, Adjustments and Errors
-
Re‑settlement rights. The Operator may re‑settle a Market due to official result changes, voiding, or errors in data feeds, live odds, or event integrity concerns.
-
Erroneous bets. If a bet is accepted in circumstances involving an obvious error (e.g., markedly incorrect odds or a mis‑displayed Market), the Operator may cancel the bet and refund the stake.
-
Non‑participants and injuries. If a participant withdraws after a bet is placed and this affects the Market price or outcome, bets may be void or adjusted in accordance with Market rules.
-
Non‑start and voided selections. If a Market is voided or a selection is deemed non‑existent, related bets within a Multi Bet or Bet Builder may be treated as void or reduced to a single remaining valid selection, as applicable.
6. Dead Heat Rules
In events with joint winners, winnings are allocated pro rata among the successful outcomes. The calculation for each affected Stake follows a proportional distribution based on the number of winners and places involved. If a Market includes multiple places (e.g., each way bets), the same pro rata principle applies to the applicable portion of the Stake.
7. Cash Out and Partial Cash Out
Cash Out enables early settlement of a bet, either in full or partially, at offers based on live conditions. Availability depends on the Market and event status. If a Cash Out request is successful, the returned amount is fixed and unrelated to the final result of the Event. Free bets are excluded from Cash Out. AnyCash Out actions do not count towards turnover requirements for promotions, and Top 777pkr reserves the right to modify or suspend Cash Out functionality at any time.
8. In‑Play, Live Betting Rules
-
Action and validity. Bets placed in‑play may be voided if the outcome becomes known or if a participant gains a material advantage before the decision is finalized.
-
Suspension and verification. Markets may be suspended for reasons of uncertainty or data verification. Settlements on suspended markets may be deferred or cancelled at the Operator’s discretion.
-
Time‑based action. For live events, bets on markets that have not started or have already concluded at the time a Market is opened will be treated in line with the in‑play rules; in general, live results reflect the current status as displayed by reliable data sources.
9. Abandonment, Postponement and Venue Changes
-
Abandonment and postponement. If an Event is not completed within a defined window or is postponed beyond a specified threshold (commonly 12 hours), bets on affected Markets are void unless already determined.
-
Change of venue or opponents. If the venue or opposing participant changes, bets may be voided unless the Market rules specify otherwise.
-
Format changes. If event duration or the number of periods changes, bets on the original Market may be voided.
10. Disputes, Evidence and Final Determination
Disputes shall be resolved using the Operator’s transaction logs and official results as the ultimate authority. If there is a discrepancy between results displayed on the platform and the governing body’s official result, the governing body’s official result controls. The Operator’s decision on settlement is final and binding.
11. Special Provisions and Offers
The Operator may offer special promotions or conditional bonuses to defined groups or under specified criteria. Such offers are subject to these Rules and any promotion terms published at the time of issuance. Grammatical or typographical errors in promotional material do not alter the terms if the underlying meaning remains unchanged.
12. Responsible Gambling and Compliance
Customers are reminded to gamble responsibly. The Operator provides tools to set spend, time, and loss limits. Self‑exclusion options are available, and compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements is mandatory for all wagering activities.
